Who we are:

Providing the best possible value in the instrumentation and gauge industry, we provide gauges, valves, accessories, and assemblies to distributors, OEMs, and governmental agencies throughout the USA. Our efficiently operated network of strategic alliances with manufacturers in the United States, China, India, and Taiwan provides quality products at very competitive prices on a just-in-time basis.

Our application engineers will work with you to select the most cost-effective gauges for your application. We constantly improve our design, materials, and processes to compete in the world's market. We supply gauges to many industries, including oil and gas, process, steam, pharmaceutical, compressor, water, hydraulic, power generation, biomedical pulp mills, and more.

Why you should consider our gauges:

  • Stainless steel bourdon tubes are made from seamless material

  • Stainless steel tubes have a cap welded to increase the strength of the tube

  • Stainless steel tubing is laser-marked, and the material is traceable to its heat

  • All stainless gauges are heated and treated after welding

  • Cases are tested for leaks

  • Gauges are tested for leaks

  • We have a damped gauge that does not require filling the case

  • Customers throughout the world

  • Inventory in the USA and just-in-time and Kanban programs available

Available Options:

  • Damped movement: The movement is damped so that high-frequency changes in pressure or vibrations are not transferred to the indicator.

  • Filled case: The gauge case is filled with glycerin or silicone oil. The fill liquid lubricates the mechanism and damps the motion of the gauge.

  • Solid front: This is a safety feature. A metal plate is between the tube/mechanism assembly and the sight glass. If the tube ruptures, the solid plate will keep the metal from breaking through the sight glass.

  • Blow-out back or blow-out plug: If the bourdon tube or weld breaks, the fluid case blow-out feature will allow the fluid to escape when it is about a predetermined level.

  • Helium leak testing: The welds are checked for leaks.

  • Calibration testing certifications: Certifications traceable to NIST.
